By applying for accreditation, you will be able to go pitch side to take photos and capture videos, in line with the Media Terms and Conditions.
If you do not register for accreditation you must remain within the spectator areas at the venue
Please note we are only able to accreditation requests via the online booker. We can not process requests via email. If you have any technical problems with the online system please contact us.
All submitted media accreditation applications are subject to approval by Indoor Hockey UK Board and the event organiser. The media accreditation application is to be added to our list of recognised media personnel, and places at events will be appointed on an event by event basis depending on availability
All accredited media shall have access to cover Indoor Hockey UK organised events. Accredited media will need to inform their availability to Indoor Hockey UK prior to the event, and their intention to attend. The event organisers will appoint the media team, dependant on size of venue, and space available for media.
Whilst at the event, the person appointed is responsible for their own equipment and safety and must only go into the designated zones. Indoor Hockey UK is not responsible for any damage or theft of equipment or injury to individuals attending.
If appointed to an event, the media team shall have access to the workforce lounge (space permitting) and access to the side of the pitches.
The workforce lounge of media suite, are areas for accredited media team and officials. This will be used as a rest area with designated areas for media to work.
At all times, the Official Event Media Hi Vis must be worn for the duration of whilst you're on duty. You must also remain neutral and not engaging in excessive cheering or fan behaviour from the media areas.
Any improper behaviour, clothing or anything else not deemed appropriate by the Tournament Director may see the media accreditation for the event revoked. If this happens, the Tournament Director will inform the Indoor Hockey UK who may revoke the accreditation and block the account and person attending future events.
There will be absolutely no accreditation requests approved on site.
