Please fill out this form to register your organisation with Indoor Hockey UK. If you have previously entered an event or previously registered, you will be contacted when it is time to renew your membership.

If you wish to upgrade your membership, please select the upgrade option below.

Please note we are only able to accept affiliations via the online booker. We can not process requests via email. If you have any technical problems with the booker please contact us.
