Shipping & Payment

Full Policy

When you shop with us these terms apply. These conditions will apply to all orders and govern your contract with us for the sale of Products; and delivery services.

They're important for both IndoorHockeyUK Ltd. ("we", "our", "us", or "the Company") and the customer ("you") as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful info.

This policy applies to all Stores from the Company including the trading styles #indoorhockeyUK, HockeyUK Group and My HockeyUK.


Delivery & Dispatch

Before you finalise your order, you'll be given various delivery options to choose from with estimated delivery time and dates depending on the delivery address. These delivery times will apply from the dispatch date. Dispatch dates are stated on the product description page. You will receive an email confirming when your order is being dispatched.


Some items have specific delivery options, and not all delivery options are available for all products. Items may not be able to be shipped outside of the UK. These items will be highlighted on the checkout page.


At checkout you will have all available options to select. Shipping charges apply, which vary depending on the number of items ordered, and service selected. Some items may also be available for delivery to a local area for collection. Items from your order may be dispatched separately and may be sent to you directly from the supplier. A selection of items may be available for faster dispatch at additional charges per item. If you are interested in faster dispatch, please contact us once you've placed your order and we will be able to assist.


Some items may take time before they are dispatched. Personalised items in particular, may take up to 21 days, or longer, due to the embroidery and customisation process. Any delivery times stated are from the dispatch date and not the order or processing date. The dispatch by date will be published on the product page.


Delivery of goods shall be made to the address you provide. You will need to make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the goods. The delivery option may be changed depending on what we think may be best for you. No refunds or additional costs will be given in the event of change to delivery service selected, unless you can prove that it was not more beneficial to you.


Sometimes there may be delays which are beyond our control e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and you may be able to track your parcel’s progress on the couriers website. We accept no responsibility for any delays to your order due to circumstances beyond our control.


If no delivery address is given, the incorrect delivery address is given, or delivery is refused, the seller will attempt to contact the buyer to rearrange delivery. Should redelivery information not be provided within 30 days of initial delivery date, or refused again, the items will be returned to the seller and may be resold. The buyer must contact the seller within 60 days of the initial delivery date for a refund. Any costs incurred, which is the fault of the buyer will be taken from the refund. Delivery charges are not refundable. If the incorrect delivery address is given, or the item must be sent for delivery more than once, the buyer shall be responsible for this additional delivery charges.


In the very rare circumstance that your order is lost in transit we are unable to cancel or replace the goods until our couriers have completed their investigation. We'll keep you updated with this process if it ever happens to you.


We reserve the right to change your delivery option depending on what we think is best for you. For example, if your stuff arrives with us on Friday and we know you are going to be at an event where we shall also be on Saturday or Sunday, we will arrange for collection from that event. Likewise, if items arrive later than anticipated, we may upgrade your delivery to a next day service. No refunds or additional costs will be given in the event we change your delivery service, unless you can prove that it was not more beneficial to you.



Payment Information

A list of payment methods will be presented at checkout. We only accept digital / electronic payments. We do not, and will not, accept cash or cheque. Transactions will appear as HOCKEYUKGROUP or INDOORHOCKEYUK or similar on your bank statement. Goods will not be sent and your order may not be processed until payment has been received.


Please note not all payment methods are available for all orders. If the option isn't showing at checkout, your order does not qualify for that payment method.


Credit / Debit Card

The best method of payment is Credit or Debit Card, and this method is available for the majority of orders. Once you go through to the checkout, you will be asked for your card details. Please do not close your browser until you have completed the payment information, otherwise your order will not be completed. All card payments are used using a secure payment gateway and we do not see your card details.


PayPal

If you have a PayPal account, you can login to the PayPal website for a fast and secure checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one during the checkout stage or proceed as a guest and pay with any Credit / Debit card. By using a PayPal account you may have the option to use PayPal Credit, if this has been set up on your PayPal Account. PayPal Credit may charge interest on anything not paid on time. Please ensure you check your account and their policies regarding any late fees or interest.


My HockeyUK Wallet

By having a My HockeyUK account you may be able to use money that is in your account wallet. Your Wallet may be topped up via a payment made through the use of a credit / debit card or PayPal. Any expenses claims for officiating or volunteering at our events will also be added to your wallet. Any money in your My HockeyUK Account is yours, and you may request withdrawal at any time or use it in the Store. If there is not enough funds in your My HockeyUK Wallet your order may still be accepted at the discretion of the Store administrators; this acceptance would be dependant on future events you have been appointed to and any outstanding claims for funds not added to your Wallet.


BACs (Bank Transfer)

For some items and orders, particularly large or club orders or orders for businesses or organisations, we will accept payment via BACs. If you wish to pay via BACs, you will need to contact us before placing your order. You will be emailed with the bank account details of where the money needs to be transferred to. Please note goods will not be sent and your order will not be processed until a deposit has been received. Delays in payment, will result in a delay to the dispatch time on your order.



Discounts, Promotions & Gift Vouchers

From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout! The discount amount cannot be applied or refunded once your order has been placed.


Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used etc). If you’re given a unique Promo Code that is meant just for you please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it. If we think there is or has been misuse of a Promo Code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we can cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account without telling you.


If you’re being generous and buying someone else a Gift Voucher, please make sure you get the email address correct! If you get it wrong and the Gift Voucher is emailed to someone else who uses it, there’s not much we can do.


Only promo codes and gift vouchers issued by the store may be used.
